PRICING

Aisma pricing.
Priced by the second.

Aisma is paid with credits. An edit costs 8 credits per second of video at 720p or 16 at 1080p, and the editor shows the exact price before you generate. Credits come in one-time packs from $1.99 or weekly plans from $9.99, and anything an edit doesn’t use goes back to your balance.

  • Rows up to 15 seconds are exact for a clip shot in one take.
  • Each shot, the stretch between two cuts, rounds up to a whole second and counts as at least 2 seconds, so a montage of quick cuts costs more than its length suggests.
  • Longer clips cost a little more than their length times the rate, and where yours lands in the range depends on how it was filmed.
  • Upload your clip, and the Generate button shows its exact price before anything renders.

  • Each renewal tops your plan credits back up to the plan amount. Unused plan credits stay in your balance, but they don’t pile up week after week.
  • While a plan is active, your finished edits stay in your Library, and they stay for 72 hours after it ends.
  • Cancel whenever you like: on the web in Profile, in the apps through App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Your plan keeps running until the paid week is over, and the credits it gave you are yours to use.
  • Aisma runs one plan per account. For more credits before your next renewal, add a pack.

Our Terms of use also cover renewals and refunds.

  • You see the price in credits before you press Generate.

  • A part that fails, doesn’t pass the automatic safety check or has nothing to change costs nothing.
  • Redo one part of a finished edit and you pay for that part’s length alone. Its price shows before it runs.
  • Recreate a finished edit with a new request, and nothing is charged until you press Generate.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Straight answers.
Before you buy.

How much does Aisma cost?

Aisma is paid with credits. An edit costs 8 credits per second at 720p or 16 at 1080p, and the editor shows the exact price before you generate. Credit packs start at $1.99 for 100 credits, and weekly plans start at $9.99 for 1,000 credits a week. If part of an edit fails, its credits go back to your balance.

Is Aisma free?

No. Aisma is paid with credits, and you see the price before you generate. The apps cost nothing to download, and on the web a new account can prepare its first three edits before paying. Rendering a video always uses credits.

How does Aisma count the seconds?

Shot by shot. A shot is the stretch between two cuts, and Aisma rounds each one up to a whole second, with 2 seconds as the minimum. So one unbroken 10-second take costs 80 credits at 720p, while 10 seconds of quick cuts costs more. Your clip’s exact number appears on the Generate button before anything renders.

What do I get for $0.99?

A first week of Aisma Creator with 500 credits. When that week ends, Creator renews at $29.99 a week with 3,500 credits until you cancel. The $0.99 week is for new customers: on aisma.ai it’s offered to accounts that haven’t bought credits or a plan before, once per customer. If the same payment details or billing email already had an introductory week, the week comes with 50 credits instead of 500. In the iPhone and Android apps, Apple’s and Google’s rules for introductory offers apply.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them, even after a plan ends. A renewal never touches pack credits; it refills plan credits up to the plan amount. Credits belong to your Aisma account and stay with it, and they have no cash value.

What if an edit costs more than my balance?

Aisma shows how many more credits you need and marks the lowest-priced option that covers the edit as Recommended. Your edit stays saved while you buy, so you can come back, check the price and press Generate. On the web, an edit you prepared before paying starts by itself once your balance covers it.

Do I get credits back if an edit goes wrong?

Yes, and you don’t have to ask. Credits for a part that fails, doesn’t pass the automatic safety check or has nothing to change go straight back to your balance. To try one part again with a clarification, open the result and use Edit a clip; Aisma shows that part’s price first.

Do I need a plan for 1080p?

No. Every account can pick 720p or 1080p for any edit, and 1080p uses 16 credits per second instead of 8. Packs and plans differ in how you buy credits and how long your Library keeps finished edits, not in what you can edit.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Aisma runs one plan per account, so on the web you switch between paid weeks: cancel your current plan in Profile, let the week you paid for run out, then choose the new one. A plan bought in the iPhone or Android app is managed in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Need credits before the switch? Add a pack.

How do I pay, and who sells the credits?

On aisma.ai you pay through a secure checkout by card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply. Purchases on aisma.ai are sold by BeInTouch Pte. Ltd., Singapore, the company that builds Aisma. In the iPhone and Android apps, Apple or Google takes the payment and shows the final price before you confirm. We never see your full card number. Sign in before you buy, so your credits stay with you on every device.

Can I get a refund on a purchase?

For a purchase on aisma.ai, write to support@aisma.ai with your Aisma Account ID and the date you paid. Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules.

Is there a plan for teams or an API?

Each plan belongs to one account, and each edit works on one clip. Team accounts and an API are on our roadmap. If you edit clips in volume, tell us at support@aisma.ai how many you make a month and what they’re for, and we’ll get back to you.
