aisma1. The service
Aisma is an AI creative tool operated by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD, a company registered in Singapore (“BeInTouch”, “we”, “us”). You upload a source video, optionally add photo references, provide a creative brief, and request an edited video with its original framing and audio when present. With Templates, you instead choose a ready Aisma video project and supply the photos it asks for. You must be at least 13, or meet a higher minimum age required where you live. If you have not reached the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must give permission for your use, accept these Terms on your behalf and authorize any purchases.
2. Your content and account
You keep your rights in submitted content and grant BeInTouch and its service providers a limited license to host, transmit, and process it only to provide and secure Aisma and, as described in the Privacy Policy, to improve it. You must own the content or have permission from every affected person, including permission from a parent or legal guardian where required for a minor. You must not submit content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
You may purchase from a private anonymous Aisma profile, but linking Apple, Google, or email is strongly recommended so the account and wallet can be recovered on another device.
3. Responsible use
You may not use Aisma for sexual exploitation, abuse, hate, fraud, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, political manipulation, fabricated evidence, illegal activity, infringement, security circumvention, or interference with the service. We may reject requests or restrict accounts when necessary for safety, law, these Terms, or provider rules.
4. AI output
Output is synthetic and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before use and do not present it as authentic evidence of an event that did not happen. Generation or technical failures recorded by our systems are refunded to the Aisma wallet.
5. Credits
The server shows and reserves a fixed credit price based on the selected duration and quality before generation. Failed generation is refunded according to these Terms. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between Aisma accounts. Each successful weekly renewal refills your plan credits up to the plan’s stated amount: unused plan credits are topped up, not doubled. Credits from one-time packs, refunds and grants are kept separately, are never reduced by a renewal and do not count toward the refill. Generation uses plan credits first. One-time credit packs are charged once.
6. Payments and subscriptions
iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and Android purchases by Google through Google Play, where the Aisma apps are published by Frostpixel, Unipessoal LDA. Purchases on aisma.ai are sold by BEINTOUCH PTE. LTD and processed by Stripe. Some website subscriptions started before October 2026 are billed through RevenueCat Billing, with Stripe as its payment processor, and continue that way until cancelled; their billing emails come from RevenueCat Billing. Website prices are in US dollars; app store prices and currencies are set by Apple or Google and may vary by region. The total you will pay, including any applicable tax, is shown before you confirm the purchase.
Where offered to eligible new subscribers, Aisma Creator starts with an introductory first week at the reduced price displayed at checkout, then renews at the regular weekly price. The introductory week adds 500 credits once; each successful regular weekly renewal refills your plan credits up to 3,500. The introductory week is offered once per customer. On aisma.ai it is available only to accounts with no earlier paid purchase, and if the same payment method or billing email has already received an introductory week, that week adds 50 credits instead of 500. In the App Store and Google Play, the store’s own one-offer-per-account rule applies.
Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To manage a subscription bought on aisma.ai, open Profile → Manage subscription in Aisma: you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the week you have already paid for, and that week is not prorated. Plans cannot be switched mid-subscription: cancel the current plan and choose another once it ends. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove credits already validly granted. Deleting your Aisma account cancels a subscription bought on aisma.ai. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, or a website subscription billed through RevenueCat Billing; manage those in Apple’s or Google Play’s subscription settings or through the link in your RevenueCat Billing emails.
7. Refunds and disputes
Apple and Google purchases are subject to the applicable store refund rules. For purchases on aisma.ai, contact support@aisma.ai. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, Aisma may remove unused credits granted by that transaction, without taking the wallet below zero. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Availability, deletion, and contact
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law, without excluding non-waivable consumer rights. You may delete your account at any time. Support questions can be sent to support@aisma.ai.
