AT A GLANCE
Aisma is an AI video editor that removes objects and people from videos you’ve already shot. Upload a 2–60 second clip, write what should go, like “the orange trash bin” or “the stranger behind the couple,” and Aisma takes it out of every frame and generates new background from the scene around it. There’s nothing to mask or track.

PHOTOBOMBERS AND PASSERSBY
To edit someone out of a video, describe them by what they’re wearing and where they are, and say who stays if there’s any doubt. The example request on the wedding clip above shows the pattern: “the red jacket” and “behind them” point to one man, and “them” tells Aisma the couple stays.
If their shadow or reflection shows, name it too, like “remove the man in the red jacket and his shadow.” The bench they sat on and the coffee cup beside them stay as filmed. If your clip cuts between shots, the request covers every shot they appear in.
It’s most reliable when the person stands apart from the people you keep, like a passerby crossing the background. Someone who walks right in front of your subject or blocks a face leaves more to rebuild, and those moments can come out less predictable.
Ways to point someone out:
To put a different person in their place instead, use video face swap.
The wedding edit has its own page, brief included.
WHERE IT USED TO BE
No camera recorded what was behind the object, so there’s nothing to recover. Aisma generates that patch from the scene around it, frame by frame, and the details can vary with your clip and request.
In the beach clip at the top of this page, an overflowing orange bin and a black garbage bag, with litter around them, took up much of the right side of the frame. In the edit, sand and surf run where they stood while she keeps walking.
The wedding clip had a man in a red jacket on the stone path, checking his phone. Now the path runs on to a low garden wall and a bed of lavender, and the couple under the arch stays as filmed.
Removals look most natural when the same kind of background surrounds the object, like sand, sidewalk, lawn or a plain wall. Anything that crosses a face or stands in front of lettering leaves more to invent, so check those frames closely.
If you’d rather replace everything behind your subject, the background changer does that.

HOW IT WORKS
MP4 or MOV, 2–60 seconds, up to 500 MB. Your original framing is kept.
Point to it the way you would for a friend, like “remove the guy in the red jacket behind them.” If it isn’t obvious who stays, say that too.
Pick 720p or 1080p. Aisma shows the credits first, and the finished edit arrives in your private Library.
WHAT IT COSTS
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Clips where the thing you want gone stands clear of your subject, against a simple background. The beach clip at the top is a good example: the bin and the bag sit on open sand beside the woman without touching her, so there’s plenty of real sand and surf to continue. Before uploading, trim your clip to the moment you need; a shorter clip also costs fewer credits.
Yes. Put them in one request, as in the beach clip at the top, where the bin and the bag go together. When two things look alike, say which one goes: “remove the cone on the left and keep the one by the door.”
Yes. Add the time to your request, for example “remove the delivery truck from 0:04 to 0:09.” Outside those seconds, the clip plays as you filmed it.
Open the finished edit, choose Edit a clip on the part that needs another pass and say what’s left, like “a corner of the bag is still on the sand.” Aisma redoes only that part and shows its price before it runs.
Aisma is paid with credits: 8 credits per second of video at 720p, or 16 at 1080p. A 10-second clip filmed in one take costs 80 credits at 720p. You see the exact price before you press Generate, and credits come back for any part that fails or turns out to have nothing to remove. Credit packs and weekly plans are on the pricing page.
Your edit comes back as an MP4 in the quality you pick, 720p or 1080p, with the same length and framing as the original. Nothing is cropped. If you shot in 4K, choose 1080p for the sharpest result.
No. Aisma keeps your original audio, so if the motorcycle you removed was loud, you’ll still hear it. Sound cleanup is on our roadmap; if you need it, tell us about your project at support@aisma.ai.
Any clip you’ve already shot, 2–60 seconds long, as MP4 or MOV up to 500 MB. Vertical, square and horizontal clips all work. For a longer video, work in parts of up to 60 seconds. Longer clips are on our roadmap.

Yes. The beach walk, the wedding path and the cable on the table are real Aisma edits of the originals shown with them, and Full Aisma edit plays each one start to finish. Examples marked Previous version were recorded with a previous version of Aisma. Before → After views show the original and the edit at the same moment of the clip, never cropped, sped up or retouched. Your result depends on your clip and request.
